Es una gran empresa, sólida y en crecimiento, dinámica, en la que se potencia el talento y el bienestar de los empleados.Acerca del Rol: Actualmente buscamos un/a Project Manager para la coordinación de obra especialista en contract, sobretodo con hoteles, residencias estudiantes y/o geriátricos.
Gestión del proyecto en cuanto a FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment): suelos, paredes, mobiliario, iluminación, carpinterías, decoración y también obra civil.Será la cara visible de la empresa con la dirección facultativa del cliente y el Project Manager del cliente.
Trabajará principalmente en terreno (obra/proyecto) verificando el planning de la obra y los costes de la misma.
Realizará la coordinación con instaladores y proveedores, gestión de pedidos en el timing adecuado.Requisitos:Experiencia en los verticales: hoteles, residencias estudiantes/3ª edad e Instant ebuyers.Experiencia mínima de 2-4 años en puestos similares.Flexibilidad para viajar algún día o días a la semana.Rango de Pago y Paquete de Compensación: Contratación indefinida directa con la empresa.
Salario fijo más variable en función de objetivos trimestrales.
Participaciones de empresa (acciones % aprox 10% SBA).
