Job Description As a CRO Specliast you will focus on extracting insights from data coming from web analytics tools and other platforms evaluating and identifying opportunities applicable to CRO in our client's web site.Working closely to SEO team, you'll analyze search data and Analytics to provide tremendous insights into the motivations of consumers, leading projects that's on the cutting edge of search technology and search engine marketing strategies.Focus on: Web data analysis, troubleshooting and opportunity identification.How you´d spend your day: Web data analysis, troubleshooting and opportunity identification using web analytics tools.Leading web analytics & process improvement efforts Ensuring excellence and accuracy in all client deliverables and reporting Extract and analyze data from web analytics tools, ad serving and/or DMP platforms, generating insights valuable from a business perspective applicable to Audience targeting: Understanding who the best people to target from a communication perspective are and how they are to better target communication campaigns Discovering new audiences valuable from a business perspective by analyzing standard reports available in the different platforms or by applying modelling techniques Media Buying: Path-to-conversion descriptive analysis Optimal frequency analysis global and by audience and/or digital strategy Attribution modelling by digital strategy or even by audience CRO & User Experience A/B testing to improve user experience and website conversion rates Communicate insights to the account team and client in a way they understand them and adopt them.Define a roadmap of tests and carry them out together with the development team.Define use cases: from the strategic stage (business objective, initial hypotheses) to the activation stage and measurement framework (KPIs definition, monitoring and reporting) QualificationsWhat we are looking for:Collaboration with other areas & teams: SEO, UX and development, to achieve the objectives set out in the project.Working closely with account and search marketing teams to ensure measurement work is strategically aligned, client needs are met and quality levels are maintained.We think you're awesome if you: 2 years of digital analyst, web analyst or a related field Advanced knowledge of Google Analytics (GA4), Tag Manager & other analytics tools Advanced experience in web analytics projects: Setup and implementation of web analytics tools, implementation of floodlights, setting events, objectives, views or filters and detection of website data analysis problems.Construction of reports with Looker, Power BI and/or other data visualization tools Extraction of insights from user navigation / behavior to propose actions focused on optimizing traffic, conversion and improving UX.Advanced experience in definition and implementation of CRO strategies: hypotheses, audiences, implementation, activation, monitoring, analysis and final implementation of tests.Basic knowledge of HTML, web design and programming, in order to be able to implement web testing.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills – and a knack for details.A highly analytical mindset and ability to identify patterns, trends and insights that drive performance-driven decision making Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously and make smart, fast decisions Basic tools/technologies: Google Analytics - GA4 high level Google Tag Manager high level.Google Data Studio (Looker) high level.HTML high level (valuable).CRO/Usability tools: Heatmaps and Eye tracking: configuration / insights extraction (Hotjar, Crazyegg and others).Implementation of CMP tools: Cookiebot, OneTrust.Google Optimize as a CRO tool (knowledge of other A/B testing CRO tools would be an asset).Implementation of floodlights / URL tagging strategy for proper tracking.
