Test the systems in the factory and deliver the final solution to the country of destination. The Project Managers in our team take have the responsibility to successfully deliver these projects after the PO and lead the teams through the main project phases, such as design, procurement, production, testing, commissioning, and Services enablement. Having in charge the animation and the success of the project team in term of cost, quality, lead-time and business performance, the project managers ensure the delivery of the solution to the country of destination and secure a safe hand-over to the customer.Therefore, the Project Manager shall:Lead global, cross-functional teams to deliver Modular Data Centers for country based and global customers worldwide.Ensure at any time of the project an optimum customer satisfaction by applying SE Quality standards: in term of project execution and product developmentOptimize the business performance of the project, with a clear focus on the Gross Margin improvement all along the project cycleCommunicate and coordinate communications among key stake holders in the project, including customer, Schneider entities and factoriesMotivate and direct teams to execute project plans and follow Schneider Electric CPP (Customer Project Processes) which is based on the PMI methodology.Closely control the project budget within the targeted margin objective and/or other project targets definedESSENTIAL RESPONSABILITIESFollow Company Customer Project Processes (CPP)Lead a global, multi-functional team to deliver project and offers to marketExecute and implement all work aligned with the CPPEnsure the project governance is met according to the CPP and within SE tools and systemsDeliverManage projects focusing on the delivery of a product from concept to launchManage project teams in a global matrix organization, across multiple time zones and locationsIdentify root causes of problems, offer options and solutions to resolve issues and own the resolution of any impedimentHandle multiple projects simultaneouslyWork with functional management to staff projects appropriatelyLeadWork with internal and external factories that will integrate our solutions, and with all functions involved in the solution across Schneider-ElectricBuild trust and consensus for effective project collaborationWork Independently with little supervision.
