Únete a nosotros en la búsqueda de soluciones para lograr un futuro sostenible.Descripción del puestoEl objetivo principal es asegurar el correcto desarrollo de las piezas y componentes que contienen todos los productos de la Compañía; desde su modelización técnica al lado de los diseñadores, hasta su homologación, pasando por el desarrollo de la ingeniería mecánica, el proceso de validación de las diferentes piezas y proveedores, así como el lanzamiento de pre-series en la planta de producción.Requisitos del candidatoPRINCIPALES FUNCIONES Y RESPONSABILIDADESRealizar el seguimiento de los status de cada pieza durante la fase de desarrollo de los productos y componentes identificando riesgos técnicos y posibles desvíos de planificación y costes y proponiendo contramedidas en esos casos .Visualizar y seguir la hoja de ruta completa del proyecto, proponiendo la secuencia óptima de trabajo para el desarrollo de la parte mecánica.Apoyo en la distribución de fases y montaje de los productos en línea de ensamblaje.Mantener contacto constante con los proveedores (tanto de servicios de ingeniería como de componentes) para transmitir las necesidades de la compañía y realizar el seguimiento técnico de componentes metálicos y plásticos.Gestión técnica, de planificación y de costes de los proveedores y subcontratas de soluciones técnicas. Realizar las especificaciones técnicas para asegurar un correcto funcionamiento y una calidad óptima de las piezas a producir.Crear soluciones adecuadas y reflexivas mediante la traducción de conocimientos de investigación en soluciones de diseño, teniendo en cuenta las necesidades del usuario, requisitos comerciales y las limitaciones técnicas.Proponer soluciones o alternativas técnicamente más viables o de menor coste.Responsable del diseño y adaptación de componentes mecánicos, principalmente metálicos y plásticos (bastidor, tren delantero, tren trasero, caballetes, plástica, etc.) para los distintos modelos de producto.Conceptualizar, documentar, diseñar y desarrollar nuevos conceptos de producto. Responsable de interpretar y validar los resultados de los ensayos realizados sobre las piezas metálicas y plásticas con el fin de proceder o no a su homologación final
