The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient application changes and timely service delivery.
Key Responsibilities: Analyze, design, and implement changes to Salesforce applications as required by business needs.
Coordinate and manage the delivery of enhancements and services for non-financial applications.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical solutions.
Develop and maintain customizations, integrations, and automation within Salesforce.
Ensure adherence to best practices, coding standards, and organizational guidelines.
Qualifications: Proven expertise in Salesforce development, including Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components.
Strong knowledge of Salesforce tools, frameworks, and relevant technologies.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Fluency in Spanish and English is required.
Skills and Competencies: Proficient in Salesforce platform customization and configuration.
Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, security, and integration patterns.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Spanish and English.
Preferred Qualifications: Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Developer, Salesforce Certified Administrator).
Experience with Agile methodologies and tools.
