You'll work alongside young and proactive teammates.You'll drive the APSYS toolbox as a vector of Performance Improvement for production. Day-to-day, you'll work closely with teams across the business (production, supply chain), drive the Manufacturing Performance of the Santa Perpetua site by harnessing the data coming from the ERP, AOS and various tools and much more.You'll specifically take care of structuring the data in order to facilitate decision making, but also setting up and animating the performance governance routines of the Manufacturing function interfacing with Quality, Industrialization & Supply Chain.We'll look to you for:Extract Data from different tools (SAP, AOS, etc.) and create different dashboards to make decisions at a manufacturing level.Address the root causes of the manufacturing performance through these dashboards.Set up the weekly and monthly performance governance routines from Workshop Coordinators and other production colleagues.Work with the production department to make decisions based on the data analysis.All about youWe value passion and attitude over experience.
