**Misión del rol**

Liderar e impulsar el modelo operativo adecuado de gestión de proyectos, procesos y metodologías para garantizar el éxito de las iniciativas y proyectos de nuestra Universidad y maximizar así las oportunidades de desarrollo de negocio.
**Funciones y responsabilidades**

Este rol implica la habilidad para comprender y manejar las dinámicas de políticas internas de UIC Barcelona de una manera efectiva.
Lo que incluye la capacidad de identificar influencias y relaciones informales que impactan en la toma de decisiones y la ejecución de proyectos, además de saber trabajar con estas dinámicas de manera estratégica y respetuosa.
Se espera que la persona pueda construir alianzas, negociar acuerdos y ganar apoyo para iniciativas clave, incluso en un entorno donde las relaciones y la influencia pueden ser más sutiles o implícitas que explícitas (esta competencia es esencial).
**Funciones y responsabilidades**:

- Supervisión, coordinación y mejora de las prácticas de gestión de proyectos en toda la universidad.
- Diseñar, implementar y mantener estándares y procedimientos de gestión de proyectos adaptados a las necesidades y objetivos de la universidad.
- Establecer metodologías efectivas de gestión de proyectos que optimicen el uso de recursos y garanticen la entrega oportuna y de calidad de los proyectos.
- Supervisar la ejecución de proyectos estratégicos de la universidad, asegurando que se alineen con las metas y prioridades institucionales.
- Colaborar con líderes y equipos de proyecto para garantizar el cumplimiento de los plazos, presupuestos y objetivos establecidos.
- Establecer sistemas de seguimiento y control para monitorizar el progreso de los proyectos y identificar posibles desviaciones.
- Preparar informes regulares sobre el estado y desempeño de los proyectos para la alta dirección y partes interesadas clave.
- Coordinar la asignación eficiente de recursos (personal, presupuesto, equipos) para optimizar la ejecución de proyectos.
- Proporcionar orientación y capacitación en gestión de proyectos a líderes y equipos involucrados en proyectos universitarios.
- Identificar y evaluar riesgos potenciales en los proyectos, implementando estrategias efectivas de mitigación.
- Resolver problemas y desafíos que puedan surgir durante la implementación de proyectos, facilitando soluciones prácticas y efectivas.

Flexibilidad horaria
- 40 días laborables aprox.
de vacaciones por año devengado.

Formaciones de inglés y catalán.
Técnicas: excel, mailchimp, google drive, Power BI etc
- Jornada intensiva en julio
- Modalidad de trabajo presencial, ubicación en el campus de Barcelona, parking para el personal.
Licenciatura o grado en Administración de Empresas, Ingeniería, Informática u otro campo relevante.
**Imprescindible**: Experiência previa en gestión de proyectos en entornos educativos o universitarios.
Conocimiento sólido de metodologías de gestión de proyectos (por ejemplo, PMBOK, PRINCE2).
Habilidades demostradas en liderazgo, comunicación efectiva y resolución de problemas.
Capacidad para trabajar de manera colaborativa en un entorno multidisciplinario.
Se valorarará: certificaciones en gestión de proyectos (por ejemplo, PMP, CAPM) son valoradas positivamente.
