Cement Additives Sales & Technical Manager Master Builders Solutions is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Cement Additives Sales & Technical Manager to join our team. As a leading global supplier of construction chemicals, we are committed to providing innovative solutions to our customers. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales of cement additives and providing technical support to customers in the cement industry.
Responsibilities: •Responsible for sales of cement additives in area, visiting cement plants
•Identification of potential new customers as well as continuous maintenance and support of existing customer basis
•Build customer relationship, understand needs and trends, identify best fitting solution
•Negotiate and plan key steps in evaluation process, plan and organize tests in close collaboration with customer and internal lab
•Provide technical recommendations on the appropriate usage of cement additives during all stages of cement process and further uses of cement in construction application
•Identify key market trends and needs, communicate and interact with technical team to improve and extend product portfolio
Requirements •Graduate in engineering, mineralogy or similar
•At least 5 years experience in cement additive application or cement production process
•Profound knowledge of impact of chemical additives on cement production and cement performance
•Location – Europe
•Willingness to travel (> 50% of time)
•Language skills – English + 1 at least one additional language, e.g. French, Spanish
•Open minded, team player, professional attitude..
