ARE YOU UP FOR THE CHALLENGE?
Will be part of a local team of GRC consultants within a global team across Europe and MENA region.
WHAT WILL YOU DO IN YOUR DAY-TO-DAY?
You will participate in Governance Framework Implementation: Develop and implement governance policies, procedures, and frameworks within the GRC software.
Ensure alignment with the organization's strategic objectives and regulatory requirements.
Assist in embedding governance practices within the software to promote transparency, accountability, and ethical behavior across the organization.
Risk Management: Configure and implement risk management modules in the platform to identify key risks in critical areas.
Develop and implement strategies within the software to mitigate these risks, including the design of controls, action plans, and risk response measures.
Establish continuous risk monitoring and reporting processes within the tool, ensuring proactive and effective risk management.
Compliance Management: Implement compliance management processes in the software, including the setup of internal audits and assessments to evaluate the effectiveness of compliance programs and controls.
Training and Support: Provide training to employees and management on how to use the software for compliance requirements, ethical practices, and risk management processes.
Reporting and Documentation: Use the software to prepare and present risk assessments, compliance reports, and audit findings to senior management and the board of directors.
WHAT DO WE EXPECT FROM YOU?
A degree in technical engineer or similar Experience using reporting tools such as MS Power BI and MS Excel SQL and Data base knowledge (such as MS Access) Working experience with GRC Tools and software, for example: OneTrust, SAI360, Archer, Metricstream, StandardFusion, Riskonnect, OpenPages Risk Management: Knowledge in risk assessment methodologies, control design, and risk mitigation strategies.
Familiarity with compliance standards (e.g., GDPR, SOX, HIPAA).
Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze complex situations, identify risks, and develop effective solutions.
Communication and Presentation Skills: Excellent English verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information to stakeholders at all levels.
