Job DescriptionAdministrative Assistant (Marbella)Our client, a well-established company based in Marbella, is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where your organizational skills and experience will be highly valued.Key Responsibilities: Manage invoicing processes and liaise with suppliers.Prepare invoices and compile all relevant documentation for submission to the 'gestoría' for quarterly and annual tax declarations.Handle payments, ideally using Sage software.Ensure accurate and timely completion of administrative tasks.Communicate effectively with team members, suppliers, and external partners.Requirements: Fluency in both English and Spanish (spoken and written). Other languages a bonus.Strong IT skills, with proficiency in office software and financial tools.Experience with Sage software is highly desirable.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proactive and able to work independently.Previous experience in a similar administrative role.What's On Offer: Competitive salary of €1,700 net per month.Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PMPosition Type: Full-time, Office-basedA supportive and friendly work environment.Opportunities for professional growth within the company.Immediate start.If you meet the requirements and would like to apply, please send your CV in English.
