YOUR DAILY ADVENTURES WILL INCLUDE:Own the roadmap and development of CRM lifecycle automation across 9 European markets.Discover, ideate and build automatic communications across the B2B Travellers and Clients lifecycle to improve onboarding, activation, engagement, and retention.Own the CRM feedback loop for automation, proactively make data-driven decisions on priorities, and enable continuous improvementImplement and measure A/B testing activities to improve the effectiveness of automation and refresh best practices constantlyGuide and collaborate closely with the customer operations, customer success and local marketing teams to support ongoing initiatives with CRM knowledge and support with CRM-based implementationsOwn and develop special interest topics and further development projects for the B2B Marketing team, bringing best practices and innovative approaches to campaigns TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE: 3-4 years experience in B2B lifecycle marketing, product or a similar field (preferably in an on-demand/platform or software industry)A strong data-driven approach to campaign analysis, testing and roadmap developmentExperience in owning, implementing and managing B2B CRM (from acquisition to reactivation & retention )Strong project & programme management abilityExperience with CRM Platforms (ideally Braze)Effective communication (upwards and downwards) and ability to independently build, support and sustain positive and productive relationships with different functions and levels of the organisation.Excellent English SkillsA good understanding of B2B Marketing principles and CRMExperience in being measured with KPIs such as connection rate, and activation rate.
