An important part of its global production is carried out in Europe, placing the patient at the center of everything TEVA does and with a firm, transparent and ethical commitment to society and the environment.The opportunityAs a Treasury Senior Manager you will be based at our Madrid office working closely with EU Regional Treasury, Regional Finance Directors and business, taking care of cash flow matters for three markets: Spain, France and Portugal. How you'll spend your dayWorking closely with the business to minimize financial riskReviewing funding needs and expected cash inflowsOverseeing weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly cash flow forecastingManaging treasury operations and controls (cash pooling/sweeping, etc)Managing banking relationshipsDriving treasury-specific projects/initiatives for the three marketsPreparing and presenting treasury reports to RFDs and senior management Monitoring compliance with local financial regulations, company policies and reporting requirementsWorking with business partners, Global Business Services, Accounting, Tax and BP&A to optimize working capitalResponsible for managing bank guaranteesYour experience and qualificationsBachelor's degree and/or equivalent combination of education in Business, Finance, Economics or AccountingPrevious work experience in Treasury function and Cash Flow (3 to 5 years minimum)Strong analytical skillsMS Office (medium/advance user in Excel and Power Point) AP, Hyperion/GR and SAPBI /Essbase knowledge is valuableEnglish & Spanish fluent communication skills (French and Portuguese are welcome) Strong experience in managing the treasury function as well as experience in treasury accounting including FX, liquidity, cash flow and various financial instrumentsStrong analytical skills and high attention to detailExcellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with different stakeholdersReports ToSr Dir, Regional Finance Director, Spain (solid line)EU Regional Treasurer (dotted line)Already Working @TEVA?If you are a current Teva employee, please apply using the internal career site available on "Employee Central".
