Provide comprehensive, qualified and efficient financial support to the Area Senior Director and the team of our worldwide licensing and export business (Global Partners Markets) with a strong focus on business partnership. Contribute to optimizing the Area's results through accurate analysis, efficient planning and reporting.
Business cases: Develop and evaluate business cases for new license-out projects or extensions of existing partner agreements. Analyze financial feasibility, risks, and potential returns.Budgeting and forecasting: Collaborate with the Area to create annual budgets and forecasts.Long-term planning: Contribute to the long-term strategic planning by providing financial insights. Identify growth opportunities.Follow-up and deviation analysis: Monitor budget performance and provide regular updates. Provide actionable recommendations to optimize performance. Calculation, control and follow-up of royalties and milestones related to the partner agreements.University degree in economics, finance, business administration or similar, MBA will be appreciatedGood presentation and communication skillsGood analytical skills and entrepreneurial thinkingAbility to extract, summarize and present relevant dataCollaborative working style in a multinational matrix environmentSeveral years of experience as business controller gathered in a multinational company, any experience in the pharma sector will be a plus2-3 years of professional experience in a big auditing firm (ideally "big-4")Familiarity in business planning, financial modelling and evaluations like DCF or NPVGood knowledge of MS office and experience in ERP systems, preferable SAP; experience in PowerBI is a plusExcellent English language skills, good knowledge of Spanish will be a plus#J-18808-Ljbffr
