El rol: Buscamos incorporar la figura de un/a Marketing Specialist, dispuesto/a a dar un salto hacía cliente final y que quiera formar parte de nuestro equipo. Será el nexo entre nuestro equipo de Customer Succes y Producción. Tendrá como reto diseñar e implementar estrategias de marketing para promocionar y ayudar a nuevos clientes. 

Responsabilidades: Entender las necesidades de las Pymes y los desafíos del mercado y apoyar en el desarrollo de productos que encajen en sus necesidades. Colaborar con el equipo de producción para asegurar la correcta implementación y ejecución de nuestros proyectos para cada cliente a nivel de diseño, tono de comunicación, decisiones de marketing, etc. Impulsar las métricas generales de satisfacción del cliente garantizando la calidad del servicio a través del recorrido de cada proyecto, proporcionando actualizaciones periódicas en todos los puntos de contacto de forma directa con el equipo de atención al cliente. Impulsar el cumplimiento de los niveles de servicio en todos los canales y lograr la mejor productividad, impactando en los tiempos de resolución para el cliente final.  Análisis periódico de KPI, conclusiones y propuestas de mejora. Seguimiento de tendencias del mercado para actualizar y mejorar nuestros productos y detectar nuevas oportunidades. Colaborar con otros equipos para contribuir al éxito interno y operativo, especialmente con producción y atención al cliente. Lo que te hará triunfar: Experiencia de 3-4 años en agencias de marketing o como freelance.  Conocimiento de?la plataforma WordPress y de UX. Conocimiento de Instagram, Facebook y LinkedIn. Ser capaz de realizar tareas en las distintas áreas del marketing digital: página web, redes sociales, posicionamiento SEO, E-commerce... Conocimiento de?las herramientas como Google?Search?Console, Google?Analytics,?Google TagManager, Google?Ads, Google Looker, Google Merchant

Conocimientos de Google Ads y Social Ads. Analítica Web – configuración trackings de medición, establecimiento KPI, definición de objetivos. Análisis periódico de los KPIs y propuestas de mejora. Se valorará positivamente : Gran capacidad analítica y de resolución de problemas.
