En Im2 Energía Solar seguimos creciendo Buscamos a un/a Asset Manager para nuestras oficinas centrales en Valencia.

La persona seleccionada dependerá del responsable del Departamento de Asset Management, y tendrá, entre otras, las siguientes funciones:

- Control y seguimiento integral de los proyectos desarrollados, construidos y operados por la compañía.
- Monitorizar continuamente el avance de los proyectos (ingeniería, compras, financiero, construcción) con el objetivo de conseguir el cumplimiento íntegro de las obligaciones adquiridas por la compañía en los acuerdos suscritos.
- Seguimiento y control sobre el cumplimiento de las obligaciones adquiridas por la compañía en los contratos de construcción, desplazándose a las obras y coordinándose con los jefes de obra asignados a cada proyecto.
- Comunicación con el cliente y/o entidades financieras: reporting activo, resolución de incidencias y cierre/entrega de los proyectos.
- Organizar y liderar la gestión documental de los proyectos a ejecutar por la compañía, tanto de forma interna como externa, facilitando el acceso a la misma a cualquier stakeholder involucrado en los proyectos (clientes externos e internos, entidades financieras, compañías aseguradoras, etc )

**Requisitos**:

- Formación en Grado o Ingeniería Técnica Industrial o similar.
- Experiência mínima de 2 años en áreas de control de calidad, testing o similares en sector fotovoltaico u otras EERR.
- Inglés alto (C1).
- Disponibilidad para viajar.
