.Con base en España, desempeñarás el rol de Faciliy Management Specialist_ Iberia de nuestros Centers, City Centers, Oficina C89, con impacto en 32 centros de trabajo de España y Portugal.En este proyecto tendrás la oportunidad de implantar las políticas globales velando por la calidad del servicio, buscando oportunidades de ahorro de costes y la eficiencia en los procesos.Ubicación: Cantoria, AlmeríaCuáles serán tus funcionesParticipación en el proceso de contratación de empresas externas de Facilities en cada país, evaluando la calidad del servicio.Resolución de incidencias de los centros de la región Iberia.Mantenimiento de instalaciones: puentes grúa, líneas de vida, ascensores, equipos de frío y calor, electricidad, fontanería, limpieza, plagas y jardinería.Servicios comunes y de personal: limpieza y mantenimiento, Courier, vending, material de oficina y catering.Seguridad física y control de accesos en los centros de la región.Experiencia:Experiencia como Facility Manager, liderando proyectos de gestión del mantenimiento de infraestructuras y negociación de servicios externalizados (preferiblemente en entornos industriales o logísticos internacionales).Muy valorable conocimiento interno de red interna de Cosentino.Requerimientos académicos:Licenciatura, Ingeniería, Ingeniería Técnica, Arquitecto técnico, arquitecto.Autocad.Perfil y competencias:Autonomía, proactividad, trabajo multitarea.Capacidad de influencia y negociación, toma de decisiones y obtención de resultados.Espíritu crítico; identificar oportunidades de mejora y optimización del servicio.Orientación al cliente; trabajar en entornos diversos y multiculturales.Oportunidad estable de desarrollo en empresa líder del sector.Visión global de la compañía, reportando directamente Gerente de Espacios y Servicios Generales.Acerca de CosentinoEn COSENTINO nuestro propósito es inspirar a las Personas a través de espacios innovadores y sostenibles.
