Get ready to make impressions that will last.Key Responsibilities:Booking of air/rail/ferry, hotel, car and other services related to a business trip including the understanding of Fare notes and doing re-bookings via different channels (chat, phone and mail)Creating a compelling experience within each customer contact that produces a highly satisfied customer and ensures single contact resolutionStrong understanding of clients travel policy and can appropriately guide and consistently provide consultation to the customerDrive revenue promoting preferred suppliers when applicableAssistance around travel: Visa, clearance of invoices, refunds/cancellationsExceeding expectations in regard to service and quality delivered to clientsObserving standards/guidelinesAbility to work in a goal-oriented service environment (KPIS)Takes the initiative to assist team members and managementKey Qualifications:Minimum 2 years' experience in Sabre, Amadeus would be a plusSABRE proficiency in creating air, hotel and car bookings is a mustBachelor level degree appreciatedNative or full working proficiency in the asked language (English)Minimum of 2 years´ experience in a similar position within the business travel industryStrong customer service skills with orientation on qualityBoth excellent written and verbal communication skillsHigh knowledge of international geographyPositive and proactive attitudeStrong problem solving and/or critical thinking skillsAbility to work on own initiative or as part of a team where requiredUsed to working in a multinational environmentExcellent time management and organizational skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced and fast changing environmentWorks independentlyProven ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneouslyLocation: Spain - BarcelonaIt is our policy to provide equal employment opportunities to all individuals based on job-related qualifications and ability to perform a job, without regard to age, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, race, color, religion, creed, national origin, disability, genetic information, veteran status, citizenship or marital status, and to maintain a non-discriminatory environment free from intimidation, harassment or bias based upon these grounds.GBT Recruitment Privacy Statement #J-18808-Ljbffr
