We do so in order to develop more sustainable and technologically advanced vehicles that are also adapted to the new needs and requirements of their passengers.As part of this transformation, Antolin is committed to a sustainable business model that focuses on and creates value for all its stakeholders, including its customers, employees, investors, suppliers, and society as a whole.Mission:The Transfer Pricing manager will assist the Global Head of Tax with management of the in-house global Transfer Pricing function.Responsibilities:Policing and supervising all aspects of the Global Transfer Pricing Policy
Implementation and ongoing maintenance of Transfer Pricing methodologies
Participating in governance routines and reviewing data sources to ensure timely identification of new intercompany relationships
Assist in other tax related matters, mainly related to indirect taxation
Liaison with key internal stakeholders
Assist external vendor with coordination and smooth running of annual Transfer Pricing documentation processes
Dealing with external auditors, tax authority audit queries or regulatory investigations
Commercial Office (HQ team) budget control & follow up.
Support Commercial team daily activities connecting with BU areas & Corporate units.What we are looking for:Bachelor's degree in tax related field
Working knowledge of OECD Guidelines and Transfer Pricing Regulations
5+ years' experience in law firm, accounting firm or financial services specializing in transfer pricing
Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Analytical and problem-solving mindset
Effective communication skills.
The role involves frequent communication with senior internal and external stakeholders
Indirect taxation knowledge is a plus
Fluent in Spanish/EnglishThe candidate must be able to manage several projects at one time and engage with senior individuals in business and support functions.
An energy to learn about the Company's businesses and manage tax risk effectively and efficiently are required, as well as strong written and oral communication skills.
