Draft and review Data Privacy & Data Transfer Agreements, in coordination with local internal counselProvide privacy support in negotiations with third partiesSupport colleagues in application of local regulatory requirementsDevelop and review site Data Privacy and Cookie NoticesResearch and document complex processing operations through appropriate selection of lawful basis of processing and application of data transfer documentationMonitor changes in the evolving local regulatory regimes and share with the Privacy team and local business leadersDemonstrate an understanding of and commitment to the company principles and the services providedConduct, support and evaluate Data Protection Impact Assessment (DPIA) activities, especially in the areas of developing new products/services, updating existing products/services, selecting third-party service providers, and implementing new internal processesProvide support regarding the resolution of complex Data Subject Rights requestsSupport the efficient operation and continuous improvement of the corporate breach reporting, data retention, data subject rights reporting, record of processing and PIA processesAssist in the communication of the corporate privacy program to the business. Candidates are expected to demonstrate effective presentation and influencing skillsManage a diverse workload and multiple projects at the same time.
