We are a company that stays true to our values: human focus, professionalism, humility and entrepreneurship.For more information about Ravago and our comprehensive range of products and services, please visit ravago.Com.Position Overview - IT department – department IT-infrastructureRegional or global IT projectsContact with every employee with IT related hardwareReports to: Global IT Engineer Manager or/and regional Service Delivery ManagerResponsibilities Expand, plan and maintain the IT-infrastructure.Design and implement new applications in the IT-environment.Resolve structural problems to ensure continuity and efficiency of the IT-infrastructure.Focus on managing Microsoft Azure workloads, Microsoft Servers, Azure stack, patching & monitoring.Provide second line support for incidents to prevent interruptions of IT services.Investigate the IT environment proactively to propose necessary improvements.Install and update procedures and design configurations for first and second line support.Conduct feasibility studies and assess software and hardware solutions.Inform, train and guide 1st line support engineers.Stay informed about developments in the field to strengthen credibility.Qualifications Previous experience with public cloud platforms (ideally Microsoft Azure).Experience with Windows servers (AD, DNS, DHCP, GPO), SQL, Azure.Low-Level Design of cloud primarily Azure; AWS is a plus.Fluent in English; Spanish preferred.Minimum Bachelor ICT or similar by experience (+5 years).Good communicator, user-oriented, and motivated to help with IT problems.Capable of understanding the impact on the business.Willingness to work in a team, both remote & onsite.15% availability for Europe travel.Be responsible for technical realizations and take care of the necessary installations and configurations of the hardware and software in order to implement IT infrastructure successfully.#J-18808-Ljbffr
