That's why we say, "When our customers prosper, we all win." Job Description: We are seeking a highly organized and efficient PMO Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing procurement and finance operations, ensuring smooth workflows, and supporting the implementation of key projects. This position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. The PMO provides centralized services for procurement, logistics, administration, cost analysis, project management, and cost center management to the three entities that compose Weather Systems. The tasks required are related to all these services. Responsibilities and tasks:Monitoring overdue customer accounts and managing supplier payments.Managing insurance and guarantees.Managing and controlling cost centers.Coordinate the recovery of international taxes, including VAT and other related taxes.Oversee and manage international tax obligations, ensuring compliance with local and global regulations.Monitoring asset depreciations.Managing fixed assets.Controlling inventory and stock levels.Managing cash flow.Collaborating in the preparation and monitoring of forecasts.Preparing monthly and annual reporting.Assisting in the implementation of the new ERP system.Assisting in the review of customer and supplier contracts.Registering new suppliers and maintaining supplier records in Workday.Collaborating in the organization of supplier evaluations.Verifying, issuing, and sending purchase orders.Maintaining procurement mailboxes, with special attention to DTN Australia.Working together with the Procurement and Logistics manager to maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all tax and customs transactions.Skills and Qualifications:- Education and Experience:- University degree in Business Administration, or a related field.- Soft Skills:- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
