CONTAMOS CON NUESTROS COMPAÑEROS PARA Ofrezcan un servicio de atención al cliente excepcional, desde un saludo sincero hasta un check out eficiente.Sacar lo mejor de cada cliente sugiriéndole el calzado y la ropa adecuados.Compartir lo que saben -y lo que les gusta- de nuestros productos.Abastecer, ordenar y limpiar la tienda.Trabajar tanto en la parte delantera como en la trasera de la tienda según sea necesario.Ser un apasionado de nuestra marca impulsada por el rendimiento.Personalidad extrovertida con excelentes habilidades de comunicación.Dominio del idioma local y/o inglés.Demostradas habilidades de colaboración y capacidad para trabajar bien en equipo.Capacidad para trabajar en un entorno de ritmo rápido.Capacidad para trabajar en un horario flexible.Experiencia laboral previa (preferible, no obligatoria), especialmente en un puesto de cara al cliente.El agente de ventas asociado ayuda a alcanzar los objetivos de ventas y los indicadores clave de rendimiento (KPI). Para ello, sigue los valores de la marca para proporcionar una experiencia única a los deportistas que visitan Under Armour. Este puesto queda a cargo del responsable de tienda y se ocupa de llevar a cabo funciones rutinarias para dar soporte a las operaciones de la tienda. El agente de ventas asociado asume las responsabilidades del especialista en inventario en su ausencia.
Ventas y omnichannel
• Proporcionar asistencia directa a deportistas en materia de ventas para alcanzar los objetivos de KPI de ventas establecidos por el responsable de tienda.
• Responder a las solicitudes omnichannel de acuerdo con los procedimientos y la política de UA a través de una experiencia digital.
Imagen de marca y experiencia del cliente
• Ejercer como ejemplo de la cultura de servicio de UA y satisfacer las expectativas de los clientes.
• Comunicar el mensaje de marca según el modelo de servicio de UA al ayudar a los deportistas.
• Incorporar conocimientos sobre productos en el proceso de venta gracias a la formación recibida.
Funciones en tienda
• Adaptarse a los estándares relacionados con la mercancía y la configuración de productos.
• Cumplir con las políticas y los procedimientos de UA.
• Completar los procesos operativos y de efectivo (manuales o sistemáticos) de acuerdo con la formación recibida.
• Cumplir con el código de vestimenta y las políticas de asistencia de Under Armour.
• Trabajar las horas programadas en la política de asistencia de Under Armour.
Colaboración con el equipo y desarrollo personal
• Colaborar con el resto del personal para alcanzar los objetivos de la tienda.
• Asumir la responsabilidad de desarrollarse y aprovechar las oportunidades de crecimiento personal para mejorar el rendimiento.
• Conocimientos avanzados de aritmética, lectoescritura, escucha y comunicación.
• Fluidez en el idioma local.
• Uso experto de ordenadores y otros dispositivos tecnológicos.
• Competencias de colaboración demostradas y facilidad para el trabajo en equipo.
• Capacidad demostrada de trabajar en un ambiente basado en plazos con un ritmo intenso.
• 0-3 meses de experiencia en tiendas de deportes, ropa o calzado.
• Disponibilidad para trabajar con horario flexible, incluidos días festivos, noches y fines de semana, para satisfacer las necesidades del negocio.
• Capacidad para mover o recolocar productos de hasta 12 kg.
• Capacidad de desplazarse durante largos periodos de tiempo para manipular productos, con breves pausas.
• Capacidad de acceder sin ayuda a todas las zonas de la tienda, incluidas las zonas de ventas, el almacén y las cajas.
• Adaptación razonable para ayudar a cumplir con las responsabilidades básicas.
