En Draxton Bilbao (Atxondo), tenemos una nueva posición: Automation Project Manager que reportará funcionalmente al Maintenance and Industrial Technology Manager.
**Tu misión como Automation Project Manager**:

- Identificar y proponer mejoras productivas, de seguridad y medio ambiente, para modificar las instalaciones actuales o para la adquisición de nuevos equipos.
- Implantación de inversiones de la planta.
Equipos Industriales.
- Gestión de proyectos, organización, planificación, lanzamiento, ejecución y control.
- Proporcionar asesoramiento técnico a las áreas que lo necesiten.
- Realizar estudios de factibilidad y viabilidad para los proyectos solicitados por la dirección.
- Realizar el análisis de factibilidad de las inversiones que se realicen en el ámbito productivo, proporcionando asesoramiento técnico a las áreas que lo soliciten.
- Se responsabiliza del control, estado de orden y limpieza de su área.
- Colaborar en el proceso de mejora continua en su área y en el desarrollo global y mejora de la organización.
- Confeccionar el cuaderno de especificaciones de las nuevas instalaciones o instalaciones modificadas, respetando los requerimientos de P.R.L.
y M.A., definir los repuestos mínimos necesarios y las cantidades aconsejables entregando al Responsable de Compras e informando a Mantenimiento y definir el M.US.
- Colaborar en los procesos de formación definidos.
- Cumplimiento de los procedimientos generales del Proceso, de PRL y MA.
**Para tener éxito en el puesto debes aportar**:

- Grado en Ingeniería Industrial, mecánica.
- Valorable formación complementaria en automatización.
- Inglés, nível intermedio (B2).
- Conocimientos en materia de seguridad, aplicado a las instalaciones.
- Alta capacidad de gestión de equipos de trabajo, gestión de proyectos, trabajo en equipo, proactividad y flexibilidad.
