Service Overview :The individual providing Campaign Management services on behalf of the Campaign Automation team (HP Services Delivery Unit) will work to ensure the on-time and high-quality delivery of digital marketing execution & enablement services for our internal stakeholders around the world.
The scope of campaign management services primarily entails maintaining visibility and understanding of markets' campaign & customer journey plans, and proactively connecting this with (and ensuring) the execution and delivery across Delivery Unit (DU).
This includes tasks focused on understanding digital marketing campaigns, proactively informing and activating responsible teams, and providing updates and visibility into the DU's delivery of services.
The campaign management specialist will use their knowledge as a subject matter expert in digital marketing to act as a consultant with stakeholders and have visibility into market plans to make connections.
Duties & ResponsibilitiesWork with market, Platform Management Automation Services, and other DU teams to ensure campaigns are built according to global standards and executed as planned.
Keep Delivery Managers (DMs), Service Account Leads (SALs), and other DU teams updated with regular status reports and meaningful touchpoints.
Review campaign dashboards and generate insights for internal customers, such as quarterly reports.
Understand market needs and how to connect or leverage other DU services.
Deeply understand customer's campaign strategies across channels, stages, and functions.
Act as main contact for customer needs and maintain close relations with internal DU service providers.
Connect internal customers with DU teams to progress projects and provide consultancy.
Maintain communication within the Campaign Automation team and collaborate with other DU teams to drive efficiency.
Ensure adherence to service processes and suggest improvements when necessary.
Requirements & Desired SkillsBachelor's degree in Business Administration—Digital Marketing or Marketing Technology preferred; or technical studies with proven business acumen.
Experience in project management, client / account management, or as a digital marketing consultant.
Experience coordinating multiple projects and stakeholders.
Ability to interpret and connect business/marketing and technical requirements.
Client management skills and incident de-escalation experience.
Experience with Patient Engagement or B2B marketing is preferred.
Experience with email and SMS channels; familiarity with Salesforce Marketing Cloud is a plus.
Experience with Paid Media is a plus.
Self-motivated, creative, detail-oriented, and quality-focused.
Excellent communication skills in English, capable of working across global markets.
Strong time and project management skills to handle multiple fast-paced projects.
