Our Volcafe Way farmer support programme engages with thousands of coffee farmers and provides a holistic response to the challenges they face.The successful candidate could be based at any of our European offices: Madrid (Spain), Genoa (Italy), Bremen (Germany), or Winterthur (Switzerland) on a hybrid basis.Key AccountabilitiesFurther develop internal communications through curating content, planning and developing the monthly company internal newsletter.Coordinate and manage Volcafe's presence on social media, provide guidance to the local teams, act as Community Manager.Support the Head of Marketing & Communications in further enhancing the communications to customers, lead migration to a CRM system.Support the Head of Marketing & Communications in ensuring consistency and developing guidance for commercial events.Support the team in producing marketing and communications content, from stories and case studies to employee testimonials.In cooperation with the Global HR team, initiate and organise company-wide internal events.Support the management team and employees in developing professional and on-brand presentations.Skills and ExperienceBachelor / Master degree in marketing, communications, or business degree with a focus in marketing is preferred.2-3 years' experience in a Marketing and Communications operational role – preferably in a B2B environment.Previous experience in digital communications including managing social media account(s), email communications.Strong presentation skills.Fluency in English is essential
