**Eurovision Services Madrid is looking for a Multi-Event Broadcast Project Leader** **to join the Eurovision Services (ES) Global Operations & Engineering team at our technology hub in Madrid, Spain.****PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES OF THIS POSITION**In this role as Multi-Event Broadcast Project Leader you will:- Provide permanent feedback to the Manager of PMO to improve and further develop existing methodologies, tools and processes.- Take over multi-project responsibilities and handle individual workload accordingly.- Contribute to Bid Management during solution design phases for open opportunities by bringing in prior event experiences and operational expertise, as well as estimates of the human resources required from Operations for any given opportunity.- Once allocated to a won opportunity, take control of all aspects of the project, understand the delivery scope and break it down into human, financial and material requirements.- Establish project timeline and milestones for all involved parties and monitor and follow up on these.- Start and follow the project implementation by following the predefined methodology, phases and status.- Constantly target cost efficiency for all expenses made within the scope of the project by the project team and achieve financial objectives set by the Manager of PMO.- Implement regular, SMART, transparent and systematic status updates/dashboards for the customer, management and project team members.- Be able to provide, as and when required, transparent information about status and risk management for any active project under his/her management.- Ensure or delegate flawless handover of event aspects to relevant operational teams.- Ensure smooth service activation by providing customers with outstanding assistance during the activation phase, which can be delegated to the project team.- Perform systematic project closure by ensuring logístical and financial aspects are examined and closed before being handed over to relevant stakeholders.- Ensure a constructive and systematic debrief of each project by bringing together the customer, providers and the project team.**YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE**- 5+ years of experience working in an international IT/telecom/broadcasting environment.- Demonstration of strong coordination and delivery culture.- Strong ability to work on multi-project dimensions in a high-pressure working environment.- Proven financial literacy and ability to manage budgets efficiently.- Excellent ability to drive colleagues towards a common goal.- Strong technical and market knowledge of the IT/telecom/broadcasting industry.- Experience in customer service management and the ability to build customer relations.- Effective communicator who is willing to embrace change and prioritise innovation.- Clearly proven ability to work well with people at all levels within a multi-cultural environment.- A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making skills.- Must be able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced quickly changing environment.- Excellent organisational skills.- Professional level verbal and written communications skills.**ADDED VALUE**Additional experience in the following areas would be a bonus:- Experience working collaboratively with geographically distributed and international teams (our headquarters are located in Switzerland)- Some experience in working on live sports events in a broadcasting environment- PMP certification- French language knowledge**ONCE ON BOARD YOU WILL**- Be part of an outstanding multi-cultural and international team- Occasionally travel to our headquarters in Switzerland for workshops and training- Enjoy our technology hub, designed to foster a culture of sharing, openness and creativity**EDUCATION**Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering or similar degree (Master or Bachelor).**BENEFITS AND PERKS**- Competitive salary and benefits.- 28 working days of vacation for all employees.- A flexible 40-hour working week for work-life balance.- Recognition bonus system.- Personal incentive plan.- Private health insurance.- Company pension fund.- Ticket restaurant card.- Public transport card.- Sponsored gym membership.- Choose your own laptop backpack.- Start-up culture but with a consolidated business behind it.- A multi-cultural environment, made up of a dynamic and international team.- Enjoy long-term stable employment.**ABOUT EUROVISION SERVICES
