We are committed to equal employment opportunities and value diversity in the workplace.Your key responsibilities* Manage and control the Material Planning operation for one site, supporting planners on escalations and crisis management.* Ensure correct parametrization of materials in the system to enable effective planning routines.* Develop strong partnership with teams on site and with Sourcing team, to enable fast troubleshooting, agile changes to our production plans and superior service level for our customers.* Engage key internal and external stakeholders in regular and efficient communication, to mitigate Raw Material availability risks.* Lead improvement initiatives for internal processes within Planning organization and involving other internal departments.* Train newcomers and support them during the onboarding process.* Develop the team's competencies to better support the business.We bring* The opportunity to work for a company where sustainability is much more than a claim and is core to our strategy and purpose.* A flexible work environment that empowers people to take accountability for their work and own the outcome.* A space to grow by encouraging and supporting curiosity and an open mindset.* A community of experienced professionals that will support you along your learning path and challenge you to realize your potential.* Barrier-free communities within our organization where every employee is equally valued and respected - regardless of their background, beliefs, or identity.You bring* Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Economics or similar discipline.* 8+ years of experience in Material Planning, Production Planning or similar roles.* Preferably 2+ years of experience leading Planning teams.* Fluent in English, any other language is a plus.* Strong communication skills, both written and oral.* Ability to work in a fast paced, cross-functional environment.* Strong knowledge of SAP (R3/APO), Kinaxis Rapid Response is a plus.* APICS CPIM or CSCP certified is a plus.* Good Microsoft Office skills.Our recruitment processAre you interested in this role?
