Senior Mobile Apps Product ManagerMadridCodere Online is a leading online sports betting and casino operator that launched in 2014 as part of the renowned Codere Group.

On December 1, 2021, Codere Online became the first publicly traded gaming operator in Latin America, trading on Nasdaq under the ticker CDRO.About the role:The Senior Mobile Apps Product Manager will be responsible for the ongoing development of Codere's Mobile Applications (Android, iOS), including designing new features and functionalities, managing and maintaining various App integrations, tracking and attribution, App operations, as well as supporting Marketing team efforts.As an Apps product owner, you will be working closely with other product managers, design, UX, and development teams.
You will be trusted to stay on top of current industry trends and the competitive landscape.The ideal candidate will be expected to not only bring ideas to the table but also justify and execute them from start to finish in a challenging and dynamic environment.Your responsibilities:Co-Manage Apps roadmapDesign and implement new features functionalities, introduce/maintain various App integrations, App tracking, attribution, etc.Daily/Weekly calls with App development teams in Madrid and IsraelWrite clear and detailed requirement documents and be able to review, groom, and follow-up on them with development and QA teamsWork closely with other Sports, Casino, Payments Product managers, BI, and other stakeholdersManage App store-fronts, listings, and App releases (Google Play Console, Apple Connect)Receive, scope, and manage change requests sourced from customers and internal stakeholdersResearch, test, and analyze the way our users interact with our Mobile Apps and identify areas of potential growth and ways to optimize value and other KPIsCollaborate with CRM, Acquisition, Product, and BI teams to find ways to improve KPIs and increase valueRequired experience:Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience as a Mobile/Mobile-Apps Product Manager/OwnerProven track record of successfully managing and improving consumer-facing digital productsKnowledge and experience practicing Agile methodologies (Jira, DevOps, etc.
)Ability to work in a complex environment with several verticals, operating systems, multiple Backoffice systems, and various providersExperience providing product requirements to design and development teamsMust be able to manage and track product roadmaps with multiple items, dependencies, and interdependenciesHigh level of written and spoken English is requiredSpanish is an advantageKnowledge, Skills, Abilities:Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to turn ideas into working features and functionalitiesTech-savvy, creative person, with a passion for new technologies and experimenting with new ideasExperience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environmentStrong starter who can quickly get up-to-speed on new concepts, products, and marketsStrong affinity for understanding target audience needs and prioritiesA strong work ethic, which is necessary to succeed in a dynamic, fast-moving, and results-oriented environment #J-18808-Ljbffr
