Estamos buscando un/a Consultor/a para nuestro equipo de Agencia Industrial & Logistica
Ofrecer un servicio global a nuestros clientes y colaborar en el crecimiento del número de los mismos, en el marco de un equipo cuyo objetivo es convertirse en el líder del mercado.
Qué implica esta posición
Liderar proyectos/mandatos en el departamento de Agencia Industrial & Logística, desde la captación del proyecto o generación hasta el cierre del mismo.
Generar nuevos proyectos de venta y alquiler con nuestros clientes: Empresas, promotores y propietarios.
Alinearse con la estrategia de la Compañía y querer formar parte de un objetivo global que significa querer ser líderes buscando la excelencia del servicio y con unos valores éticos innegociables.
Consecución de los objetivos anuales consensuados con el Director de Área.
Trabajar en equipo, aportando sus habilidades en un entorno muy colaborativo, no únicamente en su departamento, también con el resto de líneas de negocio de la Compañía.
Apoyo continuo al equipo de Capital Markets Logística.

**¿Se parece a ti? Para aplicar necesitas ser/ tener**:
¿Tienes una titulación universitaria? Valorable titulación RICS y conocimientos de Urbanismo.
¿Tienes un inglés avanzado, oral y escrito?
Al menos 2 años de experiência en el sector inmobiliario, en departamento transaccional y con un track-record demostrable en operaciones de alquiler y compra de tamaño importante con clientes de nível alto.
