Descripció de la posició Responsable de gestionar les xarxes socials de Time Out Market Barcelona, incloent-hi la seva planificació, creació de contingut i gestió de campanyes.
Busquem una persona creativa, proactiva, organitzada, responsable, positiva, amb atenció al detall i amb capacitat de liderar d'una manera efectiva.
Funcions: Creació del pla de contingut de les xarxes socials, amb un enfocament innovador i distintiu.
Gestió web i de les xarxes socials de Time Out Market Barcelona (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok i Google).
Creació de contingut social en format vídeo i estàtic.
Community management, programació i publicació del contingut.
Gestió de campanyes de social paid media.
Pensar i executar idees per campanyes a xarxes socials.
Gestió de col·laboracions amb influencers.
Col·laboració amb l'equip de producció i operacions.
Mantenir-se al corrent dels últims trends a xarxes socials per generar contingut.
Seguiment quantitatiu i qualitatiu dels KPI's i objectius de les xarxes socials, així com de les campanyes de Paid Media.
Optimització basada en l'anàlisi de les dades i mètriques de Social.
Col·laboració en la gestió i creació de contingut pels perfils socials de Time Out Barcelona.
Anàlisi i informes.
Research i SocialListening per a descobrir nous insights i tendències del món digital amb la finalitat d'adaptar-les i implementar-les en les plataformes de Time Out Market.
El que busquem: Persona amb un mínim de 3 anys d'experiència com a community management/content creations per xarxes socials.
Experiència laboral en la gestió professional de perfils socials (Instagram i TikTok) i comunitats, i en gestió de campanyes paid mitjana.
Visió i capacitat estratègica creativa en social.
Coneixement i experiència en la producció de vídeos per a xarxes socials.
Se senti còmode apareixent a càmera i realitzant locucions per al contingut vídeo.
Coneixements de Influencer Marketing.
Organitzada i metòdica, responsable, trust-worthy i amb capacitat de treballar sota pressió.
Curiosa, proactiva, positiva, social i a qui li encanti el treball en equip.
Excel·lents habilitats de comunicació escrita i atenció al detall.
Domini del català, parlat i escrit.
Disponibilitat per a treballar en caps de setmana en ocasions excepcionals, segons necessitats.
