.IPP multinacional líder en el sector PV está en busca de un PV Project Manager para la ejecución de grandes plantas soalares en España.Funciones :- En fase de desarrollo:Estudio del proyecto administrativoIdentificación de posibles riesgos de ejecución no analizados en la fase de desarrolloEstimación de costes de ejecución del parque PV- En fase pre-constructiva:Búsqueda e identificación de todas las subcontratas principalesBúsqueda e identificación de posible Dirección FacultativaLanzamiento de licitaciones de subcontratas identificadas- En fase de ejecución:Gestión de la Dirección Facultativa y coordinacion de subcontratasDesarrollo y seguimiento del cronogramas de ejecuciónSeguimiento de obra de la mano de los responsables de cada subcontrata (obra civil, montaje electromecánico, CCTV y MA)Seguimiento y coordinación de los equipos internos (ingeniería, logística, M&A y patrimonio, gestión de calidad)Certificación de los hitos en función a facturaciónGestión de agentes externos a la ejecución del parque FV- En fase de puesta en marcha:Seguimiento y coordinación del proceso de puesta en marchaCoordinación de la entrega de proyecto a O&M y solución de problemas identificados durante la ejecuciónRequerimientos:- Experencia previa realizando ingeniería de detalle de grandes plantas PV- Experiencia en Dirección Facultativa o de Obra en este tipo de proyectos a nivel nacional- Buen nivel de inglés- Disponibilidad de movilidad a nivel nacionalFecha de publicación:: 6 de junio de 2024Importante empresa que diseña y construye plantas fotovoltaicas está buscando un Project & Construction Manager que será el responsable de supervisar y gestionar, desde la planificación inicial hasta la finalización, diferentes proyectos fotovoltaicos en España.Fecha de publicación:: 6 de junio de 2024El Director de Operación y Mantenimiento (O&M) para Plantas Fotovoltaicas es responsable de supervisar y garantizar el funcionamiento eficiente, seguro y rentable de las plantas fotovoltaicas.
