What we offer Enjoy a high level of responsibility and immediate client interactions under the guidance of senior team membersHelp our clients to target, measure, and improve mission-critical business metrics and generate a demonstrable return on investmentCollaborate closely with partners, strategy consultants, and data engineers in a flat and agile organization where personal initiative is highly valuedBecome part of a fast-growing international and diverse team What you will do Keyword Research: Conduct country-specific keyword research to identify trends and positioning opportunities, defining content strategies accordingly.On-Page Optimization: Implement improvements on website pages, including optimizing meta tags, headers, URLs, images, and content to enhance SEO relevance and performance.Off-Page Optimization: Develop and execute link-building strategies and other off-page SEO techniques to increase domain authority and improve search engine rankings.Competitor Analysis: Perform competitor analysis to identify improvement opportunities and adapt strategies to surpass competitors.Content Creation: Collaborate with the content team to create and optimize landing pages, categories, and other content types, ensuring alignment with SEO best practices.Monitoring and Analysis: Use web analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and others to monitor site performance and make data-driven adjustments.SEO Audits: Conduct regular site audits to identify and resolve issues affecting SEO performance.Reporting: Generate regular SEO performance reports, highlighting progress, achievements, and areas for improvement.Interdepartmental Collaboration: Work closely with development, catalogue, and content teams to ensure consistent implementation of SEO strategies. What you will bring 3+ years experience in a SEO roleTechnical Knowledge: Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Salesforce.SEO Tools: Experience with SEO tools like Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, and others.Analytical Skills: Ability to analyse data and translate it into practical, actionable strategies.Communication: Ability to explain technical concepts to a non-technical audience.Proactive Attitude: Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
