We're looking for a Senior Travel Consultant with Business Travel Industry experience who wants to join our T24 EMEA Team.Senior Travel Consultant, T24 EMEA:- Full-time homebased SpainYou deliver solutions to our business travelers who need your help to get home quickly at times of emergencies. You are ready to offer the best service together with your international colleagues who are equally passionate about travel.The daily job at T24 EMEA is one of the most varied jobs you can imagine in the travel industry. While on your shift, you will handle all travel requirements for business travelers, including flight itineraries, car rental and hotel reservations.Every day is different. Weather issues, strikes or just a normal shift, we need to find ad hoc solutions for passengers all over the world. You advise customers by offering them the best travel options based on pricing and routing. You go the extra mile with everything you do.Shift hours:Evening: 16.00 to 00.30 (peak time is 18.00-24.00)Night shift: 22.30 to 6.00 (7 shifts per quarter)Morning shift: 5.00 to 09.00The T24 is closed from Monday-Friday from 09.00-16.00A snapshot of this opportunity:You will search and confirm travel reservations for the customerProvide travel offers and general travel advice to travelersWith your strong understanding of a client travel policy, you will guide and consistently provide consultation to the customerProvide the customer with the required industry information, such as low fares, exchange costs and penaltiesFulfill all requests regarding necessary regulations (DOT, TSA, passports, visas, etc.)Support BCD Travel and client driven initiativesHow can you set yourself apart:Experience in a customer service-oriented positionGood knowledge of Fare Rules and manual exchangesExperience as a Corporate Travel AgentStrong verbal and written communication skills in English and Dutch, German or FrenchGood knowledge in GDS system Sabre or AmadeusDemonstrate understanding of customer servicing excellenceProven ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneouslyWhat we offer you:At BCD Travel, we work with highly motivated and passionate people.
