**FUNCTIONS**: Tu Misión : Promover y apoyar la seguridad, calidad y medioambiente de la planta.
Coordinar, gestionar y garantizar la aplicación y el mantenimiento del Sistema Integrado de Gestión de la Planta a todos los níveles de la organización.
Tus retos: Dependiente del Director de planta de Burgos, llevarás a cabo : - La definición, en colaboración con la Dirección, de la política TEC-HSE de la planta.
- Garantizar la Seguridad y la Calidad de los procesos de fabricación así como el cumplimiento de la gestión medioambiental y proponer acciones de mejora en este ámbito.
- Planificar las acciones a realizar en el año y seguimiento del presupuesto anual de costes.
- Gestionar las inversiones en Seguridad.
- Control del cumplimiento de los requisitos TEC-HSE de las empresas exteriores gracias al seguimiento de los indicadores.
- Motivar y coordinar a los miembros del equipo - Gestionar el programa de Excelencia Operacional : Presupuesto, Económico, Organización (COPIL y Reuniones ISO).
- Proponer y colaborar en la organización de actividades formativas de TEC-HSE para todo el personal.
- Realizar el Plan de Acción para conseguir 0 accidentes.
- Gestionar la realización de la Evaluación de Riesgos de todos los puestos de trabajo.
- Gestión del Servicio de Prevención Ajeno.
- Garantizar la alineación con el Grupo a través de la preparación y asistencia a las reuniones del Comité HSE del Grupo.
- Formar parte del Equipo HACCP (Estudio de Peligros para Seguridad Alimentaria) Responsable del Comité de Seguridad y Salud de Burgos.
- Gestionar la realización del Plan de Autoprotección.
Organizar los Simulacros de Emergencia establecidos.
¿Qué puedes aportar?
-Titulación media o superior en materias de carácter técnico como: Ingenierías, Ciencias Químicas, Físicas u otras relacionadas con la actividad industrial.
-Experiência mínima de 3 años en un puesto de similares características.
- Idiomas: Inglés y Francés alto.
- conocimientos sobre la acreditación de conocimientos en implantación y mantenimiento de Sistemas de Gestión de acuerdo con las normas de Calidad, Medio Ambiente (ISO), Seguridad (OHSAS) y Seguridad Alimentaria (FAMI-QS).
- Amplios conocimientos de la norma SEVESO (relativa al control de los riesgos inherentes a los accidentes graves en los que intervengan sustancias peligrosas.
- Amplios conocimientos de las normas ISO.
- Conocimientos de FAMI-QS y APPCC.
- Conocimiento de programas de EO: WCM, Lean, etc.
- Conocimientos de técnicas de auditoría - Conocimiento de idiomas: francés(deseable) e inglés (indispensable).
- Conocimientos de informática.
- Conocimientos de SAP.
- Conocimientos básicos de contabilidad (elaboración de presupuesto).
- Conocimiento de las características del Medio Ambiente externo de la empresa.
- Conocimiento de las Instrucciones Operativas de TEC-HSE.
- Conocimiento de herramientas de EO las que se desarrollen en el Plan Anual de Formación.
