Strong finance approach: P&L; / One pager yearly updated. Manage and track monthly the promotional budget according to business opportunities. Develop 360 omnichannel communications to build customer experience and impact Key accounts, drive customer engagement through F2F and remote/online digital channels; create, implement, and continuously refine a competitive omnichannel customer experience. Manage communications with customer-facing organizations and cross-functional teams to ensure marketing objectives are met. Develop, implement, or shape and update product competitive training for sales force and other stakeholders. Presenting to the field team at the cycle meetings & training sessions. The minimum qualifications for this role are: Bachelor's degree required in life sciences; MBA or PhD is a plus. Minimum of 5 years as Brand Manager in pharma industry. In depth therapeutic knowledge in one or more of the following areas: allergy, pneumology would be an advantage. Experience in field roles, such as pharmaceutical sales, KAM or MSL would be a plus
