Installation of computer and audiovisual equipment

Hardware and software technical support

Troubleshooting network and application configurations and issues in Microsoft Office and 365, mail and Java VM

Incident management using a ticketing tool

Event support (videoconferences)

CMDB Inventory Management

User training

Travel to educational centres in Gran Canaria (driving licence and vehicle required)
