.Job DescriptionWe are hiring a Production Planner in Carcaixent, España.Your Responsibilities:Ensure supply of raw materials and packaging for production.Define and maintain SS for raw materials, packaging and MTO products.Reduce slow movers inventory.Monthly BBDD follow up for raw materials.Define and coordinate decisions taken with obsolete stocks (BBDD extension or eliminate).Create and follow up Purchase Orders.Maintain documents related to Purchase Orders in the system.Coordinate with other H&W plant the supply of raw materials and packaging.Coordinate batch sample shipping to Laboratories.Ensure that Customer Orders are confirmed within 48h.Plan and optimize Production Orders (MTS / MTO).Plan and follow up Trading Goods Orders.Formulate Bill of Materials for filling products.Weekly Follow up of Customer Orders status with Customer Service department.Monthly follow up of business with ADM China.Monthly analysis and report to management OTIF KPI.Monthly Follow up of Production Orders closure.Follow up and control of FCA.Support Production and Logistics department.Master data support and managing the planning and supply parameters.Process improvements in SC department.Your Profile:Take initiatives to solve problems.Identify potentials for further improvements in the warehouses.Full knowledge of Lean methodology and its main application in planning and procurement.Good communication at all levels.Strong working capacity.SAP operation.Procurement management.Good communication skills.Ability to make and execute decisions.High level of spoken and written English.Willingness to learn.Knowledge of computer tools (Microsoft Office; Word; Excel).#IncludingYouDiversity, equity, inclusion and belonging are cornerstones of ADM's efforts to continue innovating, driving growth, and delivering outstanding performance.
