WHAT WILL YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES BE: Develop, implement, and optimize HR processes, including onboarding, offboarding, payroll, benefits, and leave management. Set and track objectives for the HR Operations team. Oversee HR technology systems like HRIS and ATS. Manage HR data and generate reports for strategic decision-making. Supervise overall HR operations and recruitment. Ensure compliance with labor laws and update HR policies. Communicate HR policies effectively to employees and provide HR guidance. Handle legal representation in court when required. Supervise payroll and benefits administration. Maintain employee records with data privacy compliance. Manage leave requests and attendance tracking. Resolve employee relations issues following HR policies. Collaborate on talent development and career programs. Contribute to employee engagement and recognition initiatives. Manage the HR department budget and optimize resource allocation. Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations for a safe work environment. WHAT YOU GET IN RETURN: Permanent contract. Full-time job. Monday to Friday.
