.En Endesa tenemos un firme compromiso con la formación y captación del talento. Por eso ofrecemos un Plan de Becas a recién titulados/as universitarios que quieran formar parte de un modelo de aprendizaje colaborativo orientado a adquirir competencias profesionales. Para esta beca, buscamos personas recién Graduadas en Ingeniería Informática o similar o que estén a falta de su TFG o una o dos asignaturas, para incorporarse a través de una beca al área Global ICT de Global Digital Solutions en Madrid. ¿Qué hace la Unidad? Gestión de la infraestructura IT de soporte a las distintas líneas de desarrollo de servicios ICT dentro de la unidad Global ICT. En particular, diseño y estandarización de procesos internos como soporte a la operación de servicios cloud (AWS y Azure) y de telecomunicaciones (SDN). Análisis, diseño y monitorización de soluciones basadas en la plataforma Service Now (y otras) para la operación y monitorización de dichos servicios. ¿En qué colaborarás? Seguimiento de las distintas iniciativas que coordinan los grupos de trabajo de automatización, microservicios, telecomunicaciones y monitorización. Análisis de requisitos y definición de especificaciones técnicas para la implementación de procesos. Estudio, revisión y mejora de la documentación del catálogo de automatización. Análisis, revisión y control de la calidad de los procesos automáticos, estudiando y proponiendo mejoras en los mismos. Análisis y propuesta de iniciativas de eficiencia y optimización del ecosistema de recursos gestionados por el equipo. ¿Qué formación y conocimientos van a ser considerados? Grado en Ingeniería Informática o que estén a falta de su TFG o una o dos asignaturas. Inglés C1. Herramientas ofimáticas. Conocimiento de entornos cloud. Técnicas y herramientas de gestión de proyectos. Herramientas de colaboración (Teams, Jira). Conocimientos adicionales: Italiano. ¿Qué ofrecemos? Prácticas en ENDESA, Programa SWING: Ayuda de estudio de 900,00 € brutos mensuales. Horario: Híbrido - Jornada completa. Centro de trabajo en España: CL RIBERA DEL LOIRA 60, Madrid. Las becas de Endesa tienen una duración de 12 meses. Constan de dos partes, una Formación Práctica en la Empresa y una Formación Académica. La Formación Práctica en la Empresa tendrá una jornada completa de lunes a viernes (formato híbrido), un periodo de descanso de 22 días laborables al año y una ayuda al estudio de 900€ brutos. De forma paralela, se realiza la Formación Académica: Máster en Gestión Organizacional, Competencias Clave y Analítica de Datos, de la Universidad Camilo José Cela (120 ECTS), en formato online, cuyo objetivo principal es el aprendizaje y la mejora del perfil competencial.
