This opportunity is located at the Sandoz site in Madrid.Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:Ensure timely and accurate input to payroll as well as efficient exchange of information with payroll vendors, if applicable, to provide the best possible serviceEnsure maintenance of all relevant data is correct and completeEnsure compliance in line with relevant legislation, Data Privacy, Protection guidelines and other relevant guidelinesClose collaboration with local P&O teamsSupport internal and P&O controlsAct as subject matter expert for personnel administration and payroll related data and processesExtract reports needed for payroll and other reports upon request in certain casesContribute to projects in scope for P&O Services Team if applicableManage activities as back up for colleagues in the team whenever neededIdentify and gather system enhancements and change requests to report and coordinate with SuperuserWhat you'll bring to the role:Relevant professional education in business management or studies (Bachelor/Master degree in HR/Accounting/ Business or related field is preferred)Fluent in Spanish and English5 years of working experience in P&O Operations environment is needed.Work experience in international environment/team/global company is preferred+3 years professional experience with P&O administration, Hire to Retire processes.HRIS system (SAP or Workday) knowledge and experience preferredExperience in other P&O disciplines (e. g., Payroll, Compensation & Benefits, P&O Business Partner, Learning, etc.) is valuedAbility to work effectively across all levels and layers of the organization and be comfortable working in a complex and rapidly changing work environmentAbility to maintain the highest level of confidentiality and sound judgement, in addition to high level attention to detail, analyzing information, thoroughness, general math and reporting skills is a must.Proficiency in use of Microsoft Office; advanced Excel skillsWhy Sandoz?500 million patients were touched by Sandoz generic and biosimilar medicines in 2021 and while we're proud of this, we know there is more we could do to continue to help pioneer access to medicines for people around the world.How will we do this?
