Social network you want to login/join with:Finance/ Accounting Analyst - Madrid, MadridClient:A+F RecruitmentLocation:Madrid, SpainJob Category:OtherEU work permit required:YesJob Views:1Posted:30.03.2025Expiry Date:14.05.2025Job Description:This is a unique opportunity for a Finance/ Accounting Analyst to join the European team of a successful international telecoms organisation.Based in my client's Madrid office and reporting to a Senior Finance Manager, you will be primarily responsible for supporting local finance, accounting and tax responsibilities and will perform multiple tasks from a variety of responsibilities.Key Responsibilities:Working closely with the AP, Billings and Asset Management teams to ensure timely processing of payments.Respond to financial enquiries and other general supplier enquiries by gathering, analyzing, interpreting and reporting data, and overall manage vendors in conjunction with AP function.Assist with generating invoices to Customers and completion of relevant reconciliations.Work with operations teams and customers to resolve billing queries.Support the external audit and the accounting teams for the year-end audit and other statutory or lenders reporting.Preparation of Cashflow actuals and support finance manager with cashflow forecasting.Assist in the coordination of the loan drawdown process.Work with the shared service accounting teams in other locations to assist with month-end tasks and assist finance manager with activities with external local accounting firms.Contribute to departmental and company-wide objectives as required.Support local growth activities by providing financial information and ad hoc reporting as necessary.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field preferable.Minimum 4 years of experience, with a minimum of 2 years in general finance.Solid Excel skills and proficiency in other MS Office products such as Word, PowerPoint, Outlook.Knowledge of Microsoft AX or other ERP system preferred.Good understanding of financial accounting standards and financial reporting.Strong analytical and communication skills.French is an excellent bonus.Experience in international operations/ multinational environment is a plus.Interested candidates should send their CV in ENGLISH to
