Location: Madrid, Spain / Hybrid Duration: 1 year with extension Company Overview We are a leading company in the midst of an exciting transition from SAP R3 to SAP HANA.
We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Technical Project Manager to oversee and manage this critical project.
Key Responsibilities - Lead and manage the migration project with an external provider ensuring the work is performed to the highest standards.
- Supervise the project including managing documentation, organizing tests, and liaising with users.
- Be highly proactive and quick to grasp new concepts ensuring smooth project progress.
- Maintain a physical presence in our Madrid office with the flexibility to travel if necessary (up to 2-3 weeks).
- Coordinate with users to manage and resolve any issues effectively.
- Develop functional and technical designs from scratch.
- Ensure seamless integration with other system tools.
Requirements - Proven experience in SAP R3 to SAP HANA migrations.
- Strong experience in system integrations.
- Experience in managing user interactions and expectations.
- Ability to create both functional and technical designs independently.
- Knowledge of financial treasury and logistics modules.
- Availability to work onsite in Madrid and travel as required.
Preferred Qualifications - Demonstrated ability to lead projects proactively and efficiently.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle complex situations.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Experience in a similar role within a fast-paced environment.
