Through DCP, AXA will serve existing and new clients and partners through an evolving business model, where our focus on insurance protection will transition to a combination of protection, prevention, and services – moving from loss prevention to loss prediction.AXA DCP relies on creating an ecosystem of AXA's risk insights, risk management, and risk prevention capabilities to enhance and support our service offering to commercial clients. Clients will be able to access a broad selection of data built on existing or developing AXA assets. The platform will also create value by monetizing unique capabilities and services for our customers, aggregating, and delivering insights from unique data sets with external partners, and fostering end-customer relationships in alignment with brokers.AXA DCP aims to:Improve our underwriting pricing and claims capabilities across the commercial lines book of business of AXA GroupCreate a platform for risk management and prevention servicesBuild an ecosystem of business partnersAs procurement specialist, your objective is to ensure to get the best value from 3rd party relationships and keeping appropriately controls & risk management in place, by managing tasks required by the procurement policy and processes in cooperation with AXA DCP business stakeholders, AXA XL procurement teams and following AXA Group standards. This role is dedicated to AXA DCP and interacts on a daily basis with Partnership, Client, Product, Technology, Operations, Finance teams, and any other internal functions to AXA DCP or AXA XL needing to be involved in these activities.The Procurement Specialist will support the Procurement Lead and AXA DCP's functions transversally by handling and leveraging processes and systems in place through the supervision of the Procurement Lead while creating the most effective processes for AXA DCP to achieve its ambition using the "freedom within boundaries" principle which has been implemented within the Group to allow AXA DCP's acceleration.What will your essential responsibilities include?Establish relationships with the best suppliers and negotiate long-term-value contracts that set out prices, quality standards, cost-reduction targets, delivery timescales, commercial terms and conditions, and the like as may be warranted from time to time.Implement and continuously upgrade policies and procedures governing procurement and purchasing requirements in line with AXA standards.Monitor and ensure compliance with all relevant legislation, regulation and AXA standards
