.Requisition ID: 8088- Location: Madrid, ES, 28042.MisiónContribuir a la expansión de la Global Business Unit (GBU) de Soluciones Energéticas de ENGIE en España en su papel de socio estratégico en materia energética, incrementando la cartera de contratos y clientes en la zona de influencia para conseguir el objetivo de ventas de la compañía y asegurar el éxito comercial de la misma. Para ello deberá ser capaz de analizar y entender la necesidad del cliente en materia energética, creando una oferta orientada al cliente. El objetivo es conseguir contratos relevantes, complejos y rentables para ENGIE en España y apoyar la transformación de la compañía hacia soluciones de sostenibilidad energética con nuestros clientes.Funciones principalesLevantamiento de oportunidades de negocio/comerciales y presentación de ofertas:Búsqueda y originación de oportunidades en el mercado.Identificar mercados emergentes y cambios en el mercado.Capacidad de entender, analizar, proponer soluciones adaptadas a la necesidad del cliente en materia energética.Liderar/coordinar las ofertas de Instalaciones y mantenimientos (Terciario, Infraestructura e Industria) desde su originación hasta la firma del contrato.Coordinación con el departamento de Desarrollo de Negocio durante todo el proceso de venta de soluciones energéticas (Cogeneración, Biogás, Biomasa, Solar distribuida, Redes de frio - calor, etc.) con inversión interna, gestionando la relación con el cliente.Coordinarse con el resto de departamentos que participan en el desarrollo de las ofertas.Elaboración de las propuestas y documentos de oferta, y presentación al cliente al nivel requerido de la propuesta elaborada para su consideración.Presentación al comité de riesgos correspondiente en función de los niveles establecidos.Implementación y seguimiento de la estrategia de negocio en su área de influencia.Cumplimiento de los objetivos de venta.Mantener un reporting de la actividad de desarrollo comercial vía Salesforce.Entablar y fomentar relaciones fuertes y duraderas con los clientes cooperando con ellos y entendiendo sus necesidades.Asegurar el éxito de servicio con los clientes principales e históricos de la empresa. Seguimiento de los contratos para identificar posibles incidencias. Coordinación con los equipos de Operaciones.Asegurar el cumplimiento de las políticas de ética y Compliance, así como cumplir con los procedimientos internos de la compañía.Requisitos :Formación superior universitaria en Ingeniería o similar.Imprescindible Inglés nivel avanzado.Necesario disponer de al menos 5-10 años de experiencia contrastada en el puesto dentro del sector industrial y terciario, y centrada en su área de influencia.Experiencia en gestión de proyectos y/o Operaciones.Habilidades para el desarrollo comercial de productos complejos.Experiencia en sector energético y en contratos de instalaciones y mantenimiento (Terciario, Infraestructura e Industria)
