Posición : Trade Marketing SpecialistDependencia jerárquica y funcional: Trade Marketing ManagerFunciones principales :– Participar en la creación de un plan de Trade Marketing de acuerdo con la estrategia de Marketing Global y comunicarlo a todos los territorios.– Ejecutar el plan de Trade Marketing en todos los territorios adaptándolo a cada país en particular.– Impulsar el tráfico y el conocimiento de la marca en los puntos de venta a través de diversas categorías, productos y canales (minorista y mayorista).– Coordinar la creación y entrega de materiales de marketing y contenidos para cada acción en los canales de venta y showroom.– Realizar informes sobre datos y tendencias de la industria relacionados con las categorías comerciales.– Diseñar y desarrollar planes de Marketing comercial para productos individuales y colecciones de productos.– Preparar un plan promocional para canales B2B (multibrand, department stores, travel retail...). Estos planes promocionales deben contener estrategias de "sell in" y "sell out" para incrementar las ventas y el reconocimiento y lealtad a la marca.– Gestionar el presupuesto asignado a cada acción.– Gestionar y supervisar el desarrollo de cada proyecto, supervisando su correcta aplicación en tienda y post-análisis.Requisitos :– Experiencia: Mínimo 2/3 años de experiencia realizando roles similares en Marketing.– Idiomas: inglés fluido– Disponibilidad para viajar localmente y al extranjero cuando sea requerido.– Competencias: creatividad, organización, capacidad de gestión, buenas habilidades comunicacionales e interpersonales.Te ofrecemos :– Contrato de trabajo indefinido a tiempo completo.– Formar parte de nuestro nuevo plan estratégico, creando nuevos retos y contribuyendo a mejorar el posicionamiento de la empresa.En consonancia con nuestras políticas de igualdad, nos comprometemos y aseguramos que nuestros procesos de selección se basan el principio de igualdad de trato y oportunidades entre mujeres y hombres y no discriminación.#J-18808-Ljbffr
