They are the technical point of contact for customers and Sales teams.What your day will look likeDevelop and maintain an in-depth knowledge of Genetec's products.Define the solutions best suited to the requirements of our customers and partnersDevelop and maintain excellent relationships with all stakeholders, customers and partnersPresent high-level demonstrations of our entire product rangeProvide technical support to sales teams in response to customer specificationsWork closely with the technical support team to ensure a seamless transition between the pre-sales and post-sales teams, and the successful implementation of our solutions.Participate in specialized security trade shows, exhibitions and seminars.Write white papers and become a true expert on Genetec solutionsProvide technical feedback from the field to upstream Product Management teams.Implement complex software solutionsTravel 30-40% of the timeAbout you*We invite you to apply even if you happen to not meet every requirement.
