As a software engineer at Bask, you will work directly with the CEO and CTO to build and design the software infrastructure that will serve as the backbone of telehealth.
We are looking to expand our team of software engineers, seeking individuals with a deep-rooted entrepreneurial spirit.
What You'll Do Design, build, and implement new services through the full development cycle: write elegant, well-tested code in a modern technology stack.
Build libraries and frameworks that can help us build quickly and efficiently, delivering value to our users.
Work closely with the product team: make architecture and design decisions, participate in stand-ups, code reviews, and retrospectives, and help contribute to and drive an engineering culture focused on simple, intuitive, high-impact experiences.
Be an engineering generalist: from developing servers and databases, to integrating APIs to expand our platform's capabilities, to final UI implementation, you'll have the opportunity to take end-to-end ownership across the full development lifecycle.
Build from 0 to 1: scale and automate existing services while also bringing new innovations to life.
This is a unique opportunity to build rapidly and contribute to product strategy and development.

Requirements Who We're Looking For The ideal candidate is a full-stack generalist with experience taking a product from 0-1.
We're seeking someone entrepreneurial, willing to roll up their sleeves, and passionate about disrupting the healthcare industry by building a transformative platform.
Strong backend skills, especially with , Lambda, and related technologies.
Front-end skills with , TypeScript,
Ability to work independently, owning entire projects or large areas of the codebase.
Experience building paid products and services is preferred.
Excellent communication skills to articulate technical problems, constraints, and timelines.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, unstructured startup environment.
