Estamos buscando un Jefe de Proyectos Digitales con amplia experiencia en la gestión y coordinación de proyectos basados en portales web, utilizando gestores de contenido líderes en el mercado como Drupal, Prestashop, WordPress, Magnolia o Liferay. ¿QUÉ HARÁS EN TU DÍA A DÍA? Liderar la ejecución de proyectos de desarrollo y evolución de portales basados en CMS. Planificar, coordinar y supervisar todo el ciclo de vida del proyecto, garantizando el cumplimiento de plazos y presupuesto. Coordinar equipos multidisciplinarios (desarrolladores, diseñadores, UX, QA, etc.) y actuar como enlace entre el equipo técnico y los stakeholders del proyecto. Realizar análisis funcionales y de requerimientos, asegurando que las soluciones tecnológicas respondan a las necesidades del cliente. Garantizar la calidad de las entregas mediante metodologías ágiles (Scrum, Kanban). Gestionar las relaciones con proveedores y asegurar la correcta integración con otras plataformas y servicios. Supervisar el mantenimiento correctivo y evolutivo de los portales y coordinar las mejoras y actualizaciones necesarias. ¿QUÉ ESPERAMOS DE TI? Experiencia mínima de 5 años como Jefe de Proyectos Digitales, gestionando portales basados en CMS como Drupal, Prestashop, WordPress, Magnolia y/o Liferay. Sólida comprensión de arquitecturas web, integraciones API y tecnologías de desarrollo front-end y back-end. Experiencia en la implementación de metodologías ágiles (Scrum, Kanban). Habilidad para gestionar múltiples proyectos simultáneamente y trabajar bajo presión. Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y liderazgo, con capacidad para trabajar en equipo y gestionar expectativas de los clientes. Conocimientos en SEO, accesibilidad web y buenas prácticas de desarrollo. Valorable : Certificaciones en PMP, Scrum Master o similares. Valorable : Conocimiento en seguimiento económico de proyectos y análisis de métricas para la toma de decisiones. ¿QUÉ ENCONTRARÁS EN SEIDOR? Un equipo diverso .
