FUNCTIONSEste rol se dirige a profesionales con una sólida experiencia en la ingeniería estructural marina, dispuestos a liderar equipos en proyectos complejos dentro del sector Offshore y con un enfoque en estructuras Jacket y Topside en plataformas HVDC y HVAC.
Responsabilidades: Desarrollo y revisión de premisas de diseño estructural para estructuras marinas, enfocadas en proyectos offshore.Elaboración y supervisión de informes de cálculo estructural, asegurando precisión y cumplimiento de estándares técnicos.Evaluación y actualización de normativas y especificaciones de diseño y cálculo aplicables a los proyectos, garantizando conformidad con los requisitos legales e industriales.Dirección y gestión del equipo de ingeniería, enfocado en diseño y cálculo estructural, asegurando una correcta ejecución técnica y alineación con los objetivos del proyecto.Coordinación e interfaz con terceras partes, como clientes y verificadores, para garantizar la correcta comunicación y validación de los procesos.Elaboración y revisión de especificaciones técnicas detalladas, adaptadas a las necesidades del proyecto.Desarrollo y seguimiento de cronogramas para las fases de ingeniería de diseño y cálculo, asegurando el cumplimiento de plazos y objetivos.Requisitos académicos: Título universitario en Ingeniería Civil o Estructural, preferiblemente con especialización en estructuras marinas.Requisitos de experiencia: Mínimo de 5 a 8 años de experiencia en ingeniería estructural marina, con un enfoque particular en proyectos offshore.Sólida experiencia en supervisión y revisión del trabajo de subcontratistas implicados en el diseño estructural marino.Experiencia en el diseño de subestructuras (jackets) y estructuras topside para plataformas HVDC y HVAC, preferiblemente en el Mar del Norte o el Mar Báltico en Alemania.Conocimiento de los requisitos legales alemanes (BSH) para proyectos de energía eólica offshore, altamente valorado.Comprensión avanzada de los principios y prácticas de la ingeniería offshore, así como de las normativas internacionales aplicables.Habilidades requeridas: Competencia en la gestión de proyectos, incluyendo la capacidad para supervisar múltiples tareas simultáneamente, cumplir con los plazos y garantizar la calidad de las entregas.Nivel de inglés avanzado (C1) para la correcta gestión de proyectos internacionales.Conocimientos informáticos: Dominio de herramientas de ingeniería como Office, AutoCAD, SACS, Staad.Pro, ANSYS Workbench y ANSYS APDL.El conocimiento y manejo de SACS es imprescindible.
