Assistant Store Manager A Chloé Assistant Store Manager is an ambassador of the maison, in charge of welcoming every guest into the Chloé family.
He/She supports the store manager in leading the team and supervising boutique operations to ensure successful business; he/she acts as the boutique leader in the absence of the store manager.
Responsibilities: Client Champion: Leads the team to initiate and develop long-term relationships with clients, monitors CRM targets for boutique and per stylists, ensures proper use of available CRM tools, supervises client database, and coordinates contact campaigns.Omnichannel Business Promoter: Supervises sales on the floor, ensures team engagement with omnichannel services, assists in analyzing sales figures, motivates the team to reach targets, and participates in commercial activities.Team Leader: Organizes energizing team briefings, maintains product knowledge, coaches the team, supports recruitment and induction, and ensures good team spirit.Operations Excellence Supervisor: Supervises boutique environment and team grooming, suggests improvements in operations, ensures implementation of guidelines related to store and BOH management, supervises stock management tasks, and oversees compliance with policies.We look for people who demonstrate entrepreneurship, cherish togetherness, strive for excellence, embrace creativity, and aim to have a positive impact.
